If you wish to purchase licenses to use digital content we produce, you must do so through Tebex as our licensed reseller and merchant of record. If you have any queries about a purchase made through Tebex, including but not limited to refund requests, technical issues or billing enquiries, you should contact Tebex support at https://www.tebex.io/contact/checkout in the first instance.
For assistance with cancelling a payment, please read over this FAQ from Tebex. Additionally, you can reach out to us to help with cancelling your subscription via a donation support ticket. Due to the nature of our products, we do not issue refunds. It is your responsibility to cancel your payment if you no longer wish to be a subscriber.
We offer users the ability to purchase a custom coat from creators from the community! These coats allow you to have a custom coat brought in game and you have full control over what can and cannot happen with the coat in our server. Pixelcraft Equestrian will never resell or reuse these custom coats. Anyone doing so is going against our consent.
If a player who owns a one of a kind coat goes inactive and the coat is not in use and cannot be obtained, it will be removed from the community pack to preserve space for those who are still active and useable! We still have your coat stored and you can request it to be released to you through a support ticket. If you would also like it readded to the server, open a support ticket!
