Horse Limits are based off of how many chunks are on the property. Every 25 chunks this limit increases by 5 up to 30 horses. For properties with co-owners that may be over 150 chunks, it increases the same as non co-owned properties. There is a limit of up to 60 horses for 300 chunks regardless of how many co-owners you have.

Private Facility

Employees None required. Can have uncertified or certified employees.
Separate Areas Mares and stallions can be housed in the same barns but must not be in the same stalls, and must be kept in separate pastures.

Public Facility

Boarding Facility

Boarders Can have boarders. Amount of boarders allowed is dependent on horse limits.
Co-Owners Up to two co-owners
Employees Must have one certified veterinarian and one certified stablehand.
Separate Areas Mares and stallions can be housed in the same barns but must not be in the same stalls, and must be kept in separate pastures.

Breeding Facility

Information
Boarders No Boarders. You can temporarily house horses for breeding but this is not considered boarding.
Co-Owners Up to two co-owners
Employees Must have one certified veterinarian (No vet-techs), one certified breeder and one certified stablehand.
Separate Areas Mares and Stallions must have separate barns, pastures, holding pens and paddocks. They can never cross paths unless breeding is taking place.
Breeding Area There must be a separate location from the barns to conduct breeding.
Foaling Stalls Each breeding facility must have at least one foaling stall. You can only have as many pregnant mares/Mare and foal pairs as you have foaling stalls.

Training Facility
